Haworth has numerous bric-a-brac and antique shops, several cafe`s, bakeries and confectionery, gift and curiosity shops. There are several small corner shops and a supermarket just down the hill past the steam railway station where you can get newspapers, groceries, take-aways and most day to day items.
Leeds, Bradford and Halifax are close by, and Keighley the nearest large town is about 10-15 minutes drive away, has quite a good shopping centre and a small mall.Skipton, the gateway to the scenic Yorkshire Dales, Grassington, Bolton Abbey, Wharfedale, and further afield Wenleydale, York and the Lake District, are all within comfortable driving distance.
The cottage is central heated (with an optional open fire in winter), has one double & one single bedroom, and an extra bed, sleeps 3-4. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, microwave, washing machine/dryer, upstairs bathroom with toilet, lounge tv & video. Rentals include all gas/electricity charges and bed linen & towels are also be provided.
